The upcoming week of sport promises to deliver some exciting events for sports fans across the globe. On Monday, Eastern Conference leaders, the Milwaukee Bucks head west to face the Sacramento Kings in the NBA. Tuesday sees Manchester City continue their hunt for the Champions League trophy at home against RB Leipzig. The Indian Wells Masters continues on Wednesday, and Thursday sees the beginning of the first round of March Madness. Friday rounds out the working week with the continuation of the Cheltenham Festival, climaxing with the Gold Cup.

Over the weekend, on Saturday the Six Nations concludes with Ireland aiming for the Grand Slam with a victory over England. The Formula 1 season continues Sunday with the Saudi Arabian Grand Prix.

NBA: Sacramento Kings v Milwaukee Bucks

UEFA Champions League: Manchester City v RB Leipzig

The Champions League Round of 16 continues this week, as Manchester City come up against a resolute RB Leipzig side. The two teams couldn’t be separated in the first leg, with the match finishing 1-1 in Germany. Pep Guardiola will be hoping his City side can finally win the coveted trophy this year, but face tough competition in this exciting matchup.

ATP Tour: Indian Wells Masters Day 7

The Indian Wells Masters, or BNP Paribas Open, reaches the business end of the competition this week. The ATP Men’s Singles and WTA Women’s Singles quarterfinals will both take place on Wednesday and Thursday, and both finals take place on Sunday.

NCAA Division 1 Men’s Basketball Competition: March Madness Day 1

The much-anticipated March Madness begins this week, bringing with it one of basketball’s most exciting formats. The men’s NCAA tournament first round begins on Thursday, with the First Four qualifying round taking place the two days prior to this. The women’s first round of games begins on Friday. Last year’s winners, the Kansas Jayhawks, take on Howard Bison in the men’s first round on Thursday.

Jump Racing: The Cheltenham Festival Day 4

The peak of the famous Cheltenham Festival arrives in the shape of the Gold Cup on Friday. Galopin Des Champs is strong favourite for this year’s race, but with last year’s Grand National winner Noble Yeats competing, and Bravemansgame in strong form, it is sure to be an unmissable race.

Six Nations: Ireland v England

Saturday sees the climax of this year’s Six Nations, as we head into the final matchday. Ireland are strong favourites for the title, winning four out of four so far. A win against struggling England will also clinch them the Grand Slam. France, however, are well poised to jump on any mistake the Irish make, as they look to grab the title at the last moment against Wales.

Formula 1: Saudi Arabian Grand Prix

Jeddah Street Circuit, Jeddah

Formula 1 heads to the Jeddah Street Circuit on Sunday for the Saudi Arabian Grand Prix. One race into the new season, Red Bull and Max Verstappen appear to be carrying over their imperious form from last season into this one. Several teams, including struggling McLaren, will be hoping for their first points of the season.
