Event of the Day: Bradford City v Millwall

Our event of the day is the League One playoff final at Wembley as Bradford City and Millwall go head to head for a spot in the Championship next season. These two teams met at the semi-final stage last year with Millwall claiming a victory, 4-2 over two legs. Bradford City overcame Fleetwood Town in their semi-final, defender Rory McArdle's goal made the difference. Millwall battled through a titanic second leg at Scunthorpe United winning 3-2, after a stalemate first leg at The Den. A Steve Morison double helped them complete the victory. The Lions will be looking to go one better than last season after losing the final 3-1 to Barnsley.

Honourable mentions around the globe go to Day 1 of the Super League magic weekend with three exciting games taking place consecutively at St James Park, Newcastle. NHL action in Anaheim as Game 5 takes place between the Anaheim Ducks and the Nashville Predators with the series tied at 2-2. Golden State Warriors quest to be NBA champions continues in game 3 of their Conference Final with San Antonio Spurs, Warriors 2-0 up in the series. Premiership Rugby Union semi-finals take place also with Champions Saracens visiting Exeter and Wasps hosting Leicester Tigers. Gervonta Davis versus Liam Walsh in the boxing should be great too. However, any game at Wembley is a special one, a playoff final raises the stakes making it an unmissable watch, expect the unexpected. Enjoy.
