Event of the Day: Arizona Cardinals v Dallas Cowboys

Our event of the day...

is the Dallas Cowboys’ visit to the University of Phoenix Stadium to take on the Arizona Cardinals in the NFL. The Cowboys will be hoping for a better outing following their 42-17 defeat to the Denver Broncos at Sports Authority Field at Mile High, Denver. The Cardinals on the other hand recovered from trailing 10-0 to the Indianapolis Colts in the first quarter to come back and win 16-13 at Lucas Oil Stadium. Both teams will be looking to build some consistency having won and lost in the opening weeks. It’s set to be a close game that either side could win.

The last time these teams met it was a 28-17 victory for the Cardinals in November 2014. The Arizona team is on a 4 game winning streak in the series dating back to 2008. In an impressive venue, this match between two evenly-matched teams will be one worth watching.

There is also Monday Night Football in the Premier League as West Bromwich Albion travel to the Emirates Stadium to take on Arsenal. In tennis, it’s the opening day of the WTA Wuhan Open in China.
