Crvena Zvezda, also known internationally as Red Star Belgrade, is one of Serbia’s most successful and widely followed football clubs. Founded in 1945, the Belgrade side competes in the Serbian SuperLiga and regularly challenges for the league title and Serbian Cup. Its greatest achievement came in 1991, when Red Star won the European Cup—now the UEFA Champions League—and later that year lifted the Intercontinental Cup. The club has also collected numerous domestic league championships and cup trophies, building a strong tradition in Serbian and European football. Crvena Zvezda plays its home matches at Rajko Mitić Stadium, often called the Marakana, a landmark venue in Belgrade with a capacity of around 53,000. The club’s famous red-and-white colours are supported by a passionate fan base, and its fierce rivalry with Partizan is central to Serbian football culture. Red Star has featured many celebrated players, including Dragan Džajić and Dejan Stanković, while its youth development system has helped produce talent for top European clubs. With its historic honours, major stadium and regular presence in European competitions, Crvena Zvezda remains a leading name in Balkan football.

Inter Club d’Escaldes, commonly known as Inter Escaldes, is a football club based in Escaldes-Engordany, Andorra. Founded in 1991, the team competes in the Primera Divisió, Andorra’s top league, and takes part in domestic cup competitions, including the Copa Constitució and the Supercopa. Inter Escaldes has become one of the country’s leading clubs, winning the Primera Divisió title in 2020, 2021, 2022 and 2023, and adding major domestic cup honours to its record. Its success has also earned the club opportunities in UEFA competitions, where it has represented Andorran football in Champions League qualifying and other European qualifying rounds. The squad combines Andorran footballers with players from abroad, reflecting the international character of the domestic league. As with other clubs, team line-ups and player rosters change from season to season, so current squad information should be checked against official club or league sources. Inter Escaldes plays its home matches at the Estadi Comunal d’Andorra la Vella, a ground used for football in Andorra’s capital area. The club’s trophies, European appearances and local identity make it a prominent name in Andorran football.
