Serbia is a European country well-known for its involvement in sports such as football, tennis, basketball, and water polo. The country has hosted some major events, including the 2005 EuroBasket competition, the 2014 European Rowing Championships, and the 2013 Davis Cup Final. The largest venue in the country is Red Star Belgrade’s Rajko Mitić Stadium, which regularly hosts UEFA football matches.
