<a href="https://www.fixturecalendar.com/sport-golf/team-new-york-golf-club-2">New York Golf Club</a> (New <a href="https://www.fixturecalendar.com/country-united-kingdom/city-york-1">York</a> GC) is one of the original teams in <a href="https://www.fixturecalendar.com/sport-golf/competition-tgl">TGL</a>, the technology-driven golf league founded by TMRW Sports in partnership with PGA TOUR players Tiger Woods and Rory McIlroy. Its roster features major champions and established PGA TOUR competitors Xander Schauffele, Matt Fitzpatrick and Rickie Fowler, alongside <a href="https://www.fixturecalendar.com/city-new-york">New York</a> native Cameron Young. The team competes in head-to-head matches against other <a href="https://www.fixturecalendar.com/sport-golf/competition-tgl">TGL</a> clubs, combining alternate-shot team play with singles holes in a fast-paced format designed for television. Rather than playing at a traditional outdoor home course, <a href="https://www.fixturecalendar.com/city-new-york">New York</a> GC hosts its matches at the <a href="https://www.fixturecalendar.com/stadium-sofi-center">SoFi Center</a> in <a href="https://www.fixturecalendar.com/city-palm-beach-gardens">Palm Beach Gardens</a>, <a href="https://www.fixturecalendar.com/city-florida">Florida</a>, a purpose-built indoor venue featuring a large simulator screen and a short-game area with a movable green. The inaugural <a href="https://www.fixturecalendar.com/sport-golf/competition-tgl">TGL</a> season began in 2025, giving the club a new platform to represent <a href="https://www.fixturecalendar.com/city-new-york">New York</a> in professional team golf. <a href="https://www.fixturecalendar.com/city-new-york">New York</a> GC reached the league’s inaugural postseason, where it faced <a href="https://www.fixturecalendar.com/sport-golf/team-atlanta-drive-golf-club-2">Atlanta Drive GC</a> in the semifinals. The team’s blend of major-winning experience and rising talent makes it a notable name for fans following <a href="https://www.fixturecalendar.com/sport-golf/competition-tgl">TGL</a> scores, golf competitions, player performances and the league’s evolving championship race.
