Led by captain Sophie Devine, the team boasts a strong line-up of talented players including Australian internationals Beth Mooney and Megan Banting. The team plays their home matches at the iconic WACA Ground, which has a capacity of 22,000 and provides an electrifying atmosphere for fans. In 2016, the <a href="https://www.fixturecalendar.com/sport-cricket/team-perth-scorchers">Perth Scorchers</a> Women's team were crowned champions of the WBBL, and have also won the prestigious Spirit of Cricket award twice, showcasing their professionalism and sportsmanship on and off the field.
