The Dynamo has had much success in their short history, winning the MLS Cup in their first two seasons (2006,2007) and reaching the finals three other times (2011, 2012, 2018). They have also won the Lamar Hunt U.S. Open Cup twice (2018, 2019). The team's home turf is the BBVA Stadium, which has a capacity of 22,000 spectators. The Dynamo is led by notable players such as Boniek García, Mauro Manotas, and Alberth Elis. With a strong history of success and a talented roster, the Houston Dynamo continues to be a formidable opponent in the MLS.
