The Los Angeles Grand Prix is an international track and field meet in Los Angeles, California, bringing elite athletes from the United States and around the world together for sprint, distance, hurdle, jump and throwing events. The competition has been staged at Drake Stadium on the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) campus, a venue with a long history of hosting collegiate and professional athletics. Rather than competing as club teams in a conventional league, athletes represent their countries, training groups or sponsors, with results decided individually in each event. The meet’s program and participants can change from year to year, and may feature Olympic and world championship contenders alongside emerging track and field talents. Fans can follow races such as the 100-meter and 400-meter sprints, middle-distance contests, and field events including long jump and pole vault, depending on the edition’s schedule. For spectators and athletics followers, the Los Angeles Grand Prix offers a chance to see high-level competition in a prominent UCLA stadium. Check the official event schedule for the latest dates, athletes, ticket details and results.
