The Triathlon Grand Final is the season-ending championship event of the World Triathlon Championship Series, bringing together leading elite men and women to compete for overall world titles. Rather than a traditional team-versus-team tournament, the main races feature individual athletes representing their countries, with results contributing to the series standings. The event may also include under-23, junior and para triathlon races, as well as a mixed relay in which national teams of two women and two men each complete a short triathlon leg. Courses combine swimming, cycling and running, with distances and layouts set by the event organizers. There is no permanent Grand Final stadium: the host city and venue change, and the finish area is commonly built as a spectator-friendly hub near the transition zone. The swim takes place in a local body of water, while bike and run routes typically pass through city streets or nearby landscapes. Dates, course details, participating athletes and venue information vary by year, so fans should check the official World Triathlon schedule for the latest Grand Final updates and race results.
