Supertri Brighton is a fast-paced professional triathlon event staged on the city’s seafront, bringing elite individual athletes together to compete for their teams. Rather than taking place in a conventional stadium, the race uses a compact outdoor course around Hove Lawns, with spectators able to watch the action close to the swim, bike and run sections. Supertri League races use a short, repeated swim-bike-run format, creating frequent transitions and tactical racing. Teams in the league have included Brownlee Racing, Crown Racing, Podium Racing and Stars & Stripes Racing; line-ups can change between seasons and events. The competition attracts leading international triathletes, including British Olympic and world-class competitors, with the published start list providing the definitive roster for each Brighton edition. The coastal setting, accessible viewing areas and team-based format make Supertri Brighton a distinctive fixture on the triathlon calendar. For visitors, checking the event schedule and course information in advance helps with planning, as road access, viewing arrangements and race details may vary from year to year.
