Truist Championship Explore the latest Truist Championship information from the PGA Tour at your fingertips

The Truist Championship is a professional golf tournament on the PGA TOUR, featuring a field of elite individual players competing for the title, prize money and valuable FedExCup points. Formerly known as the Wells Fargo Championship, the event became the Truist Championship in 2025 and is part of the TOUR’s Signature Event series, attracting many of the game’s top-ranked stars. Unlike team sports, golf is played player against player, with competitors aiming to complete the course in as few strokes as possible across four rounds. The tournament is traditionally associated with Quail Hollow Club in Charlotte, North Carolina, a demanding championship venue known for its long layout and challenging closing stretch. In 2025, the event was held at the Wissahickon Course at Philadelphia Cricket Club while Quail Hollow hosted the PGA Championship. Each edition brings together leading professionals, emerging contenders and a competitive weekend field, giving fans four days of high-level golf.
