The Invited Celebrity Classic is a professional golf tournament that brings PGA TOUR Champions players and well-known athletes and entertainers together in Irving, Texas. The event is hosted at Las Colinas Country Club, a private golf course featuring a par-70 layout and a setting beside Lake Carolyn. Professional golfers compete in a 54-hole stroke-play tournament, while a celebrity competition adds familiar faces from sports and entertainment to the field. Past participants have included former tennis player Mardy Fish, baseball pitcher John Smoltz, and former NFL quarterback Tony Romo, alongside Champions Tour stars such as Padraig Harrington and David Toms. The tournament gives fans the opportunity to watch major golf names and celebrity competitors on the same course, with spectator access and event activities creating a festival-like atmosphere. Because the professional field and celebrity lineup can change from year to year, visitors should check the latest tournament schedule and player announcements for current details. For golf fans searching for an Irving golf tournament, celebrity golf event, or PGA TOUR Champions competition in Texas, the Invited Celebrity Classic offers a distinctive mix of competitive play, recognizable personalities, and North Texas hospitality.
