The EBF & TBA Mares is a British horse-racing event associated with the European Breeders’ Fund (EBF) and the Thoroughbred Breeders’ Association (TBA), organisations that support the development and promotion of thoroughbred racing and breeding. The competition is centred on mares—female horses—and brings together equine athletes, their jockeys, trainers and owners for a test of speed, stamina and race-day strategy. Unlike team sports, horse racing features individual horse-and-jockey combinations, with each runner representing its connections and competing against the field. The event takes place at a racecourse rather than a conventional stadium, where the track surface, distance and conditions can all influence the outcome. Spectators can follow the runners from the parade ring to the starting stalls and watch the race from the grandstand or trackside. For fans searching for EBF & TBA Mares horse racing information, key details to check include the racecourse, scheduled date, distance, eligible runners, jockey bookings and official results. As race conditions and entries may vary by meeting, consult the organiser or racecourse for the latest confirmed information.
