The D+D Real Czech Masters is a professional golf tournament in the Czech Republic, staged as part of the DP World Tour, formerly known as the European Tour. First played in 2014, the event is held at Albatross Golf Resort in Vysoký Újezd, near Prague. The championship course is a par-72 layout designed to test players with its long holes, water features and strategically placed bunkers. Unlike team-based sports, the tournament is an individual stroke-play competition: golfers aim to complete the course in the fewest strokes over four rounds, with a cut determining which players advance to the weekend. Its international field has included leading European and global professionals, alongside Czech players competing on home ground. Past champions include Thomas Pieters, Andrea Pavan and Johannes Veerman, reflecting the tournament’s ability to attract experienced tour winners and rising contenders. The D+D Real Czech Masters also brings spectators to one of the country’s best-known golf venues and offers a prominent showcase for Czech golf. For golf fans following the DP World Tour, the event combines high-level competition, an accessible location near Prague and a distinctive Central European setting.
