The Queen’s Club Championships is a prestigious grass-court tennis tournament held each year at The Queen’s Club in West Kensington, London. Founded in 1890, it is one of the oldest tennis competitions in the world and a key event in the British summer tennis season. Played on outdoor grass courts, the championships traditionally serve as an important warm-up for Wimbledon, giving players valuable match practice on the same surface. The tournament features men’s singles and doubles, and a women’s competition returned to the event in 2025, expanding its schedule and player lineup. Top international stars compete alongside rising talents, with past champions including Andy Murray, Rafael Nadal, Novak Djokovic, Carlos Alcaraz and Grigor Dimitrov. The intimate setting at The Queen’s Club offers fans close views of the action, while the tournament’s London location attracts visitors from across the UK and abroad. With fast-paced rallies, elite competitors and a long sporting history, the Queen’s Club Championships is a standout fixture for tennis fans following grass-court tournaments, ATP and WTA events, and the road to Wimbledon.
