The Singapore Tennis Open is a professional women’s tennis tournament on the WTA Tour, bringing international singles and doubles players to Singapore for a week of hard-court competition. The event returned to the WTA calendar in 2025 as a WTA 250 tournament, held from February 1 to 8 at the Singapore Tennis Centre in the Kallang area. Rather than team-versus-team matchups, the draw features individual players competing in knockout rounds, while doubles pairs contest a separate title. The 2025 field included established tour names such as Elise Mertens, who went on to win the singles championship, and finalist Ann Li. Matches took place on outdoor hard courts, with the venue providing the setting for both main-draw play and fan access to professional tennis. With its international player lineup, WTA ranking points and Singapore location, the Singapore Tennis Open offers a notable stop on the women’s tennis calendar and brings top-level competition to local and visiting fans. Check the official tournament schedule for current dates, player entries, ticket information and match results.
